Tournaments will start promptly at the time listed on the website. You can find the tournament pages in the My Account section of the website. When the tournament officiant announces the opening of the puzzles, participants should reload their pages and the puzzles will appear. Participants will then be able to start the puzzles when they are ready. However, all puzzles must be completed in the amount of time designated at the beginning of the round.
- Each tournament will consist of three rounds of various lengths. The fastest and most accurate participants will then compete in a championship round.
- Scoring will be based on accuracy and speed.
- 2000 points will be awarded for each successfully completed puzzle.
- Time bonus points for speed will be calculated as follows:
- 5 time bonus points are deducted for every 1 second of solving time as the clock counts down to 00:00.
- If the first round is 15 minutes, there are 5x60x15=4500 points that could be deducted.
- All scores will be tallied and displayed on the Leaderboard page following each tournament.
